Our structure
Our Board of Directors is appointed from within our membership and is responsible for the overall performance of IIMA in achieving its objectives as well as its governance and finance.
The Executive Committee seeks to represent the breath of our membership and proposes decisions to the Board.
The day-to-day management is the responsibility of the Secretariat, headed by the Secretary General.
Our Articles of Association and Code of Conduct set out the rules and terms governing our structure.

Our values
As an industry association, IIMA understands the need for strict compliance with competition law and anti-trust regulation. IIMA members take their responsibilities seriously, both where their IIMA membership is concerned but also in the wider context of good corporate citizenship.
