IIMA whitepaper on Hydrogen in Iron & Steelmaking

We have just published the latest whitepaper in our series on 'The Role of Ore-based Metallics on the Pathways to Carbon-Neutral Steelmaking', a paper looking at Hydrogen in Iron & Steelmaking.

This brief report outlines the different types of hydrogen, the potential use of hydrogen in a range of non-metallic industries and the issues of adoption of hydrogen in iron and steelmaking replacing carbon reductants.

Our whitepapers are available on the public Resources/Decarbonisation section of our website.
